Maria, Jackie and Jason are centre directors and leaders within the Early Childhood and Care team at Fairfield City Council, Children and Family Services. They have a passion for leadership, early childhood pedagogy and working collaboratively with the community to assist children in reaching their full potential. As colleagues they share the strengths that allow them to work cohesively as a leadership team and provide high quality exceeding services to families and their children. Throughout COVID, they found themselves in the midst of a feel-good story, full of community spirit, hope and resilience. They share experience of adapting to change as we switched our gloves and tissues for cooking mitts to support our local community through a cooking project.
