Vanessa Field is an Early Childhood Teacher whose passion for working with children can be illustrated through the diversity of her 30 years’ experience as practitioner, teacher and researcher. She has a strong commitment to use her education, training and experience to represent the rights of children in education. Vanessa is currently the Director of Springvale Service for Children, leading a dedicated community inspired team.
