Louise has worked in the early years profession for over 35 years in a variety of roles including teaching the Bachelor of Early Childhood at a number of universities. Louise has a Master’s of education, a background in theatre and has extensive experience in managing early years’ services. She was an advisor for the updated NQS (2018) and is contracted by Governments, not for profit and private organisations to deliver key notes, workshops and webinars to teachers and parents across Australia.
